ABOUT UP & ADAM

As an international business major at Stonehill College and a graduate of the University of Virginia's Master's in Global Commerce program, I've been lucky enough to study, work, and travel domestically and overseas and fuel my passion for exploring new places, documenting my findings, and sharing them with others.

After moving back to the Boston area post-UVA, I found myself running food tours part-time in downtown Boston, Harvard Square, and Union Square. After two years of running them part-time, I decided that now was the time to take the leap and start my own food tour company.

My mission is to provide amazing food experiences for guests while supporting local North End, Back Bay, and Union Square restaurants. I want to give you the chance to explore a unique part of the area, have some great food and drinks, and continue to help these wonderful neighborhoods grow and thrive.
