MEET ADAM

Hi everyone, I'm Adam! Welcome to my tour page. After running food tours on weekends for a couple of years in addition to full-time sales work, I'm proud to present five food tours across the North End, Back Bay, and Union Square, Somerville! We're going to try several of my go-to dishes and neighborhood spots to see what makes each neighborhood so special. 


I'll be running a North End Food Tour, a Boston Seafood Tour, a North End Bakery & Cafe Tour, a Back Bay Chocolate & Art Galleries Tour, and a Union Square Food Tour. Each neighborhood has its distinct personality and history, making each tour a unique experience. I also offer a variety of private/tailored food & drink tours per client request.

A happy 60th birthday to Renata and an enormous thank you to my biggest group yet! So far, it certainly hasn’t been the groups of 10-12 tourists multiple times a day like it was with Secret Food Tours, but we’ll get there in due time. It might be cool to tell people you run your own business, but the reality is that when you start a business from zero, it means you have zero existing customer base, zero brand recognition, and zero guaranteed income.   • How much food can I expect to eat/drink during the tour?

    For the North End Pastry Tour and Back Bay Chocolate tours, tastings will be provided from 4 different locations. For the North End Food Tour, the Boston Seafood Tour, and the Union Square Food Tour, tastings will be provided from 5 different locations.


    For the food tours, we provide tastings, so please do not expect a full meal at each location. Tastings vary in portion size, with some tastings served while seated inside the restaurant, and others served in a more “on the go” manner to also allow time for the neighborhood component of the tour.

  • What if I have a dietary restriction or food allergy?

    All substitutions must be requested in advance, so please indicate accordingly in your reservation when purchasing tickets. Tastings are prepared ahead of time based on reservation notes, so we are unable to make changes to the orders on the fly on the day of the tour.


    For allergies and restrictions not listed, as there may not always be a “next best” best option that also meets specific dietary needs, we are not able to provide substitutions in all tasting locations. However, our tours offer a good mix of foods, including vegetarian, pescatarian and gluten-free options.


  • Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

    Tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets may be purchased through our website. Cash is not accepted for ticket purchases.

  • What's the minimum and maximum tour size?

    The minimum tour size is 2 people. The maximum size is 12 people.


    I can accommodate larger tour sizes for private groups and company outings.
